Circular Vent Panel [BCP]

Flat type explosion vents with circular geometry, designed for atmospheric, non-vacuum or low-vacuum process systems and no pulsating pressures. Their simple and efficient design makes them ideal for equipment such as mechanically filled silos, bucket elevators, filters, dryers, hoppers, and other enclosed containers.

The BCP model acts as a passive safety device that, in the event of an explosion, opens at a calibrated burst pressure, releasing overpressure, flames and incandescent particles into a safe area in a controlled manner, without the emission of fragments. This design allows for safe unloading that safeguards equipment and improves operational safety.

Made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, BCP panels feature a predefined break pattern and a watertight sealing system along the breakdown line. They are certified according to the European standard EN 14797:2006 and EN 14994:2007, and are compatible with organic and metallic dusts up to St2, as well as Group IIA gases
