The electronic control cabinet is the central component of active explosion protection systems. It coordinates the detection of incipient explosions and the immediate activation of the actuation elements: chemical suppressors, chemical isolation valves, knife gate valves, pinch type valves, among others.
It can manage up to four independent protection zones, which can be flexibly configured according to the type of installation, the risk to be protected and the connected devices. Each line allows for individual detection and action logic, with continuous monitoring, alarm management and event logging, making it easy to integrate into processes with multiple connected equipment (such as filters, cyclones, elevators, etc.).
