Domed Circular Vent [BCD]

Circular geometry domed explosion vents designed for systems with pulsating pressures and vacuum conditions, where flat panels may not be effective or safe. They are ideal for pneumatically filled silos, baghouses, cyclones and separators, exposed to pressure fluctuations during the process.

BCD panels open at a predefined burst pressure, safely releasing overpressure, flames and incandescent particles into a safe zone, with no spraying of fragments. This controlled opening prevents structural damage to equipment and minimizes risks to operators.

Made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, they are equipped with a calibrated break pattern and a perimeter sealing system that guarantees tightness during normal operation. They are certified according to EN 14797:2006 and EN 14994:2007 and are suitable for organic and metallic dusts up to St2 as well as Group IIA gases.
