Reinforced flat type explosion vents with rectangular geometry, designed for atmospheric process systems that require additional resistance to medium vacuum and occasional pulsating pressures. Their reinforced structure makes them particularly suitable for pneumatically filled silos, filters, dryers, cyclones and other vessels exposed to dynamic pressure conditions.
The BRS model incorporates specific marking and optimized break pattern design, which prevents deformation of cuts and loss of seal tightness, even under unstable process pressure conditions. Thanks to this structural improvement, the panel maintains stable behavior in demanding conditions and ensures controlled opening in the event of an explosion.
Made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, the BRS panels are equipped with a calibrated break pattern and a perimeter sealing system to ensure tightness during normal operation. They are certified according to EN 14797:2006 and are suitable for organic, metallic (up to St3) dusts.
