The VENTEX® valve is a passive isolation system suitable for installation in pressure-resistant equipment that provides protection against explosions in one or both directions of flow without the need for external energy, guaranteeing an automatic and reliable closure in the event of a deflagration.
It is available in different versions to suit each process configuration:
• S – Single Acting
• D – Double Acting
• C – Check Valve
Its installation is common in equipment where it is necessary to prevent the spread of explosions, such as fluid bed dryers, spray dryers, bag filters (on the clean gas side), mills, pneumatic conveying systems and other industrial processes with a risk of flame backflow or overpressure.
