Suitability to
ATEX Directives
Complying with ATEX Directives 1999/92/EC and 2014/34/EU is not only a legal obligation: it is the basis for operating safely, continuously and technically judiciously. At ADIX we help transform regulatory requirements into practical measures, adapted to your process and clearly documented.
We provide a complete technical vision that combines plant experience, knowledge of international regulations and sector specialization. Whether it is a new installation, an extension or a technical overhaul, we guarantee a real, useful adequacy aligned with operational objectives.

What does our ATEX fitness include?

We prepare the DPCE in accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC, where the risk is analysed, dangerous areas are identified and a specific prevention and protection plan is defined for each classified area.
We carry out a technical study in accordance with EN IEC 60079-10-1 (gases) and EN IEC 60079-10-2 (dust), defining the hazardous areas and their limits based on the real conditions of the process.
We evaluate the design, equipment selection and inspection/maintenance in accordance with EN IEC 60079-14 and 60079-17. Includes technical report with prioritized observations and recommendations.
We accompany you in the application of corrective measures, adapting them to daily operations and facilitating their implementation with clear criteria.
For manufacturers, modifiers or importers: we develop the dossiers that guarantee compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU, ensuring traceability and safety.
We develop complete technical projects that integrate prevention measures (ventilation, control of ignition sources) and protection (venting, insulation, suppression).
In the event of an incident, we investigate causes, deviations and propose corrective measures to prevent recurrences and restore compliance.
At ADIX we believe that a safe facility is not built with documentation alone, but with understanding, accompaniment and action.
Our ATEX adequacy consultancy is rigorous, technical and useful. Because complying is not enough: you have to do it well.
