Device designed to vent explosions in closed spaces without flame emission or risks, protecting personnel and facilities.

The system combines an explosion vent panel with a special arrangement of screens capable of retaining incandescent particles, extinguishing the flame and cooling the combustion gases, reducing the pressure wave.

  • Combustible product: organic powder and fluxes, KSt max.<250 bar·m/s
  • Material: painted carbon steel |Stainless steel. AISI 304 or AISI 316
  • Dimensions: from 200 to 1000 mm
  • Maximum permissible pred: 0.5 barg
  • Pmax: 10 barg
  • Surface Ton: 270ºC
  • Working temperature: -20ºC to +70ºC
  • Safety distances: 1.5-4 m
  • ATEX marking: Ex D EN 16009
  • Certificate: LOM 08ATEX7038 X according to EN 16009
