The quality system aims to offer our customers a total guarantee of our services, and the satisfaction of the internal and external customers of ADIX CONSULTING TRAINING S.L.U., thanks to compliance with the established requirements, within the deadlines and prices set.

Objectives


To this end, the quality system aims to:

  • Awareness and motivation of the Company’s personnel on the importance of the implementation and development of a quality system. 
  • Quality assurance of the services offered, in accordance with the International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 and IECEx 
  • Compliance with the requirements offered to customers, consolidating trust in ADIX CONSULTING TRAINING S.L.U. 
  • Compliance with the requirements set out in Dir. 2014/34/EU “Protective devices and systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres”. 
  • Compliance with the requirements set out in Dir.99/92 EC “Minimum requirements to improve the safety and health protection of workers with potential risk from explosion” 
  • Effective management and control of services. 
  • Continuous improvement of services and customer service. 
  • Effective assignment of roles and responsibilities.
