Mission


The mission and priority objective of Adix Ingeniería S.L.es is the full satisfaction of our customers together with compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. To this end, Adix Ingeniería S.L. accepts the commitment to offer the highest quality and the best service in its products, so that all our customers have a company at their disposal to offer them serious and responsible solutions.

Scope


The scope set for this management is: DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURE OF EXPLOSION PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.

Objectives


To this end, the system aims to:

  • Quality assurance of the services offered, in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001, 45001 and EN ISO/IEC 80079-34, IEC Ex
  • Compliance with the requirements offered to customers, consolidating trust in ADIX INGENIERÍA S.L.
  • It includes a commitment to the prevention of damage and deterioration of health and to continuous improvement of integrated management and performance. (requirements issued in Dir. 2014/34/EU “Protective equipment and systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres”, requirements dictated in Dir.99/92CE “Minimum requirements to improve the safety and health protection of workers with potential risk from explosion”)
  • Continuous improvement of services and customer service.
  • Effective assignment of roles and responsibilities.
  • Documentary and quantifiable objectives are established that are prepared and reviewed periodically by the Management.

This policy is appropriate to the nature and magnitude of the risks to the Safety and Health of workers.

Guidelines


The establishment by the Directorate of a review of objectives and goals that are feasible for the Organization, monitoring them through the relevant indicators and based on the following guidelines:

  • Increase the safety and health of your employees.
  • Base the profitability and growth of our organization on the productivity of its personnel.
  • The continuous improvement of our processes.
  • The protection of the health and safety of its employees, as a basic principle for the development of our activity, achieving safe processes and operations both for the people of the Organization and for customers and society in general, through:
  • Maintenance and adaptation of the workplace to current regulations on OR.
  • Adequate training and information for staff on ORP matters.
  • The establishment by the Directorate of a review of objectives and goals that are feasible for the Organization, monitoring them through the relevant indicators.
  • Track and review information about stakeholders and their requirements. (Through management reviews).
  • To apply Training Plans for personnel linked to the Organization. (Through the training plans).
  • Achieve high levels of efficiency in the realization of the product and service that guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with what has been agreed. (Through customer surveys).
  • Design and Development of the product in accordance with the legislation or regulations for its development, either marked by the technical specifications sent by the client and/or the legal regulations available for said product. (Through the Design and Development Engineering department).

Communication and disposition


The policy is communicated to all the people who work in the organization through its delivery in the existing meetings with the staff and they are made aware of their individual obligations in terms of OSH, for this it is read and understood by all of them. It is also published on the Organization’s website.

The policy is available to stakeholders who affect the company.

This policy is checked annually, during the review by Management, ensuring that it remains relevant and appropriate to the activity and scope.
