Discover the new unified ATEX certificate for vents

After more than 12 years manufacturing vent panels under the ATEX certificate, Adix Ingeniería has a wide catalog of products to cover the protection needs of equipment such as bag filters, cyclones, storage silos or bucket elevators

Safety in the work environment is an essential requirement that every industry must be aware of and responsible for. Explosion vents are one of the fundamental protection systems in installations in numerous industrial sectors to conduct it to a safe area in the event of an explosion, avoiding material and personal damage.
New single certificate
All Adix Ingeniería vents are certified under ATEX regulations. In 2019, all these certificates were unified under a single certificate. In this way, all our panels are covered by the same regulations, making it easier for our customers to access documentation: in a single document we have all the necessary information about this equipment.
In addition, the nomenclatures of the panels have been updated to facilitate their identification, as follows:
- Flat Rectangular: BRP
- Circular plan: BCP
- Flat Trapezoidal: BTP
- Rectangular Domed: BRD
- Circular Domed: BCD
- Multilayer Rectangular Vaulted: BRDM
Adix Ingeniería produces protective equipment under European EN14491 and American FDA regulations for implementation in the food industry. They are manufactured in the facilities in Spain and are certified for combustible dusts with an explosive index up to St 3, including metal powder.
Standard size panels can be used at temperatures between -20ºC and +70ºC. All models can be manufactured with special seals for working temperatures up to 400ºC.
Adix vents are ATEX certified LOM18ATEX1021X
