Domed circular explosion vent panels designed for systems with pulsating pressure and vacuum conditions, where flat panels may not be effective or safe. They are ideal for pneumatically filled silos, baghouses, cyclones and separators exposed to pressure fluctuations during the process.
BCD explosion vent panels open at a predefined burst pressure, safely releasing the overpressure, flames and burning particles toward a safe area, without fragmentation. This controlled opening prevents structural damage to the equipment and minimizes risks to operators.
Made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, they have a calibrated rupture pattern and a perimeter sealing system that ensures tightness during normal operation. They are certified to EN 14797:2006 and EN 14994:2007 and are suitable for organic and metal dusts up to St2, as well as Group IIA gases.
