Mission

The mission and top priority of Adix Ingeniería S.L. is the complete satisfaction of our customers, together with compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. To this end, Adix Ingeniería S.L. is committed to offering the highest quality and the best service in its products, so that all our customers have a company at their disposal that offers serious and responsible solutions.

Scope

The scope of this management system is: DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURE OF EXPLOSION PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.

Objectives

To this end, the objectives of the system are:

  • Quality assurance of the services offered, in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and EN ISO/IEC 80079-34, IECEx
  • Meeting the requirements offered to customers, strengthening their trust in ADIX INGENIERÍA S.L.
  • This includes a commitment to preventing injury and ill health and to continuously improving the integrated management system and its performance (requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU, “Equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres,” and Directive 1999/92/EC, “Minimum requirements for improving the safety and health protection of workers potentially at risk from explosive atmospheres”).
  • Continuous improvement of services and customer service.
  • Effective assignment of roles and responsibilities.
  • Documented, measurable objectives are set and reviewed periodically by Management.

This policy is appropriate to the nature and magnitude of the risks to workers’ health and safety.

Guiding Principles

Management sets and reviews achievable objectives and targets for the Organization and monitors them through the relevant indicators, based on the following guiding principles:

  • Increasing the health and safety of its employees.
  • Basing the profitability and growth of our organization on the productivity of its people.
  • Continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Protecting the health and safety of its employees as a basic principle of our activity, achieving safe processes and operations for the people in the Organization as well as for customers and society in general, through:
  • Maintaining the workplace and keeping it compliant with current occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Proper occupational health and safety training and information for staff.
  • Management setting and reviewing achievable objectives and targets for the Organization and monitoring them through the relevant indicators.
  • Monitoring and reviewing information on interested parties and their requirements (through management reviews).
  • Implementing training plans for staff linked to the Organization (through training plans).
  • Achieving high levels of effectiveness in delivering products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of what was agreed (through customer surveys).
  • Designing and developing products in accordance with the applicable legislation or regulations, whether defined by the technical specifications sent by the customer and/or by the legal regulations that apply to the product (through the Design and Development Engineering department).

Communication and Availability

The policy is communicated to everyone who works in the organization by handing it out at staff meetings, making them aware of their individual occupational health and safety obligations, and it is read and understood by all of them. It is also published on the Organization’s website.

The policy is available to interested parties relevant to the company.

This policy is reviewed annually during the management review to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to the activity and scope.
