What does an explosion risk assessment include?
We identify ignition sources, combustible materials, process conditions, ventilation and maintenance practices to determine the real level of risk in each area.
We assess in accordance with recognized standards such as NFPA 660, NFPA 497, IEC 60079 and the ATEX Directives, ensuring technical and legal validity in different markets.
We perform Dust Hazard Analyses in accordance with NFPA 660, which is key to compliance in markets where this analysis is required or recommended.
We document the hazard scenarios, hazardous area classification, level of compliance and recommended preventive measures.
We verify compliance with the standards that apply to your facilities, equipment and procedures, and propose specific, realistic improvements tailored to your operation.
