Industrial
Safety Audits

The ADIX EX Audit is not a formality: it is a key tool to verify whether a facility with explosion hazards is designed, maintained and operated with the right level of safety. At ADIX, we carry out in-depth technical audits that detect critical deviations before they turn into incidents.

Our audits are performed by certified engineers with real field experience and in-depth knowledge of ATEX and IEC standards. We deliver a useful report with clear, prioritized actions that lets you make technically sound decisions.

How we carry out your ADIX EX Audit

We assess all relevant equipment and systems in classified areas: enclosures, wiring, connectors, protection methods, cable entries of hazardous-location equipment, etc. The inspection is carried out on site by certified engineers, at the levels of detail required by the standards.

In accordance with ATEX Directive 1999/92/EC, we verify whether the design and the maintenance performed meet the requirements of the applicable standards. This includes traceability of work performed, use of appropriate spare parts and training of technical staff to ensure proper equipment operation.

When the facility meets the requirements, the audit contributes directly to validating the Explosion Protection Document. Otherwise, we identify the actions needed to restore compliance and reduce risk.

ADIX recommends carrying out an EX-ASA at your facilities periodically to meet the requirements of the applicable standards.

A facility may look safe, but only a technical audit can confirm it.

At ADIX, we back the safety of your facility with technical evidence and objective criteria, giving you the keys to correct, improve and document your plant’s safety on a sound regulatory basis.
